1. What you're buying

A non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased digital files ("the Asset"). Copyright stays with ZAGON.

2. Personal licence

Use in personal, non-commercial projects, studies and portfolio pieces.
Renders and derived images may be shared publicly with credit.
No commercial use, no resale, no redistribution of the files.

3. Commercial licence

Everything in Personal, plus use in commercial work: games, film, advertising, client projects, products.
Unlimited projects for one studio or individual. Team seats: one licence per artist working with the files.
Still no resale or redistribution of the files themselves, in original or modified form, including as part of asset packs.

4. Not allowed under any licence

Uploading the Asset to marketplaces, model-sharing sites or AI training datasets.
Claiming authorship of the Asset.
Using the Asset in content that is unlawful or defamatory.

5. Refunds

Digital files can't be returned. If a file is defective or not as described, contact hello@example.com within 14 days and it will be fixed or refunded.

6. Updates
